The machine bed is constructed from high-strength cast iron (HT250) with a T-shaped base and C-type structure, providing sufficient rigidity, strength, and excellent precision stability.
The XY axes use high-precision linear ball screws and linear guides imported from Taiwan HIWIN, Yintai, and Japan THK, ensuring the machine has adequate hardness and wear resistance.
High-precision dual-nut ball screw pairs achieve highly sensitive transmission, enhancing and maintaining machining accuracy.
Lubrication: An electronically timed centralized automatic oil supply lubrication system ensures easy maintenance and smooth operation.
Wire feeding device: The wire guide rails utilize linear guides, and the wire spool features variable frequency speed control. Wire speed can be autonomously adjusted according to different workpiece thicknesses during operation.
All moving parts of the machine are equipped with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical interlock protection mechanisms. The machine employs diamond ceramic guide wheels and enclosed ceramic V-type wire guides.

4.The control cabinet adopts an industrial-grade display,and the display screen can be rotated 90 degrees for easy operation.
5.Based on the Windows XP platform AutoCut wire cutting editing control system,the program can be infinitely large,with many features such as pitch compensation and backlash compensation.
6.The numerical control power supply has an adaptive control loop;an ultra-low molybde-num wire loss loop.

Our independently developed high-frequency discharge system is purpose-built for medium-speed Wire EDM machines. Integrating advanced pulse control technology and intelligent servo algorithms, it delivers high-frequency, energy-efficient, and ultra-stable discharge performance. With adjustable multi-stage discharge parameters, it precisely matches a wide range of materials and thicknesses, ensuring stable spark discharge, smooth surface finish, and significantly improved cutting efficiency.
